You Will Not
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or purchased/scraped lists.
- Impersonate another person or company without authorization.
- Send threatening, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
- Use the Service for phishing, fraud, scams, or any illegal activity.
- Promote regulated products (firearms, controlled substances, gambling) where prohibited.
- Upload videos or photos of people who have not consented to be on camera.
- Attempt to bypass quotas, security controls, or rate limits.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
Anti-Spam / CAN-SPAM / CASL / GDPR
Every campaign must comply with applicable email laws. We automatically include an unsubscribe link and your sending identity in outgoing emails. You must honor unsubscribe requests and not re-import recipients who have opted out.
AI Likeness
When you train an AI clone, you confirm that the face and voice belong to you (or that you have the subject's written permission). Creating clones of public figures, customers, or third parties without consent is prohibited.
Reporting Abuse
To report a 1TapIntro user or video, email abuse@1tapintro.com with the share link and a description of the issue. We review reports promptly.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, content removal, suspension, or termination without refund. Severe violations (illegal content, fraud) may be reported to law enforcement.
