Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for the same 7-day refund window from the initial charge date. Renewal charges on annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Monthly Renewals
Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal to prevent the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
AI Render Credits
Personalized video renders consume credits at send time. Credits used to generate videos that were successfully delivered are non-refundable. If a render fails on our side, we'll refund the credits automatically.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@1tapintro.com from the email on your account. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
