This Privacy Policy explains how 1TapIntro ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, profile image, brand settings.
- Content: videos, scripts, recipient lists (names and emails) you upload.
- Usage data: pitches created, campaigns sent, opens and clicks (for tracking links you send), device and browser metadata.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store subscription status and customer IDs, not card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To render and deliver personalized videos via our AI providers.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, share notifications).
- To enforce plan quotas and detect abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to deliver the Service:
- Cloud hosting & database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase)
- Email delivery (Resend)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- AI video personalization (BHuman)
- OAuth sign-in (Google)
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with subprocessors only as needed to provide the Service, and with law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
5. Recipient Data
Recipient names and emails you upload are used solely to deliver the videos and campaigns you send. We do not market to your recipients or share their data with third parties beyond delivery providers.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security and least-privilege roles. Videos are served via time-limited signed URLs.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@1tapintro.com. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a minimal amount of analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
