These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 1TapIntro (the "Service"), operated by 1Tap Suite ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Annual plans are charged for 12 months at the discounted rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Free Trial
New accounts may receive a limited free trial (e.g., 5 pitches). When the trial limit is reached, you must upgrade to continue creating new pitches.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, impersonation without consent, or any illegal activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. AI Personalization
The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate personalized video and audio. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all media you upload (including your likeness and voice) and that recipients have a reasonable basis to receive personalized communication from you.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the videos, recipient data, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver Your Content solely to operate the Service. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train third-party models.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned maintenance will be communicated when feasible.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and Your Content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1Tap Suite is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
